The goal is to be straight with you about how we are handling the first run.
We are taking pre-orders for roughly a month, so we know how many kits to bring in on the first order. This lets us stock realistically instead of guessing high or low.
We are working with a couple of small USA businesses to design a dedicated storage bag for this kit. The bag is not ready yet, and pricing depends on how many we commit to in the first run and the supplier we end up with. This is a super high-quality bag, not a throw-away like other rope bags out there.
When the bags are finished, you will be able to purchase one separately for your kit. We will update all pre-order customers with final pricing and availability as soon as it is confirmed.
An apples-to-apples comparison would be something like the Jeep Off-Road Recovery Kit from Yankum Ropes , which also uses a 7/8" kinetic rope and soft shackles for vehicle recovery.
The difference is our kit is built around tractors, not Jeeps. We are using much longer 48" soft shackles so you can actually wrap around other components on your tractor without fighting short shackles.
