Terravox Manufacturing DBA ITC Company ("ITC", "we", "us") operates itcquickattach.com and related properties. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. Questions or requests can be sent to [email protected].

Information we collect

Order and account information. Name, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, and payment information you submit at checkout or when creating an account.
Customer service communications. Messages you send us via email, our contact form, or our Facebook Page (Messenger). The content of these conversations is stored in our customer service system so our team can respond and reference prior context.
Usage and device data. IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referrer, and similar information collected automatically by cookies, the Meta Pixel, and Google Analytics.
Marketing preferences. Email and SMS subscription status if you opt in.

How we use it

Process orders, ship products, and provide warranty support.
Respond to customer questions sent by email, web form, or Facebook Messenger.
Send transactional notifications (order confirmation, shipping updates).
Send marketing communications when you have opted in, with an unsubscribe link in every message.

Facebook Messenger conversations

When you message our Facebook Page, your message and your Facebook profile name are received by our customer service system through Meta's Messenger Platform. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and keep a record of the conversation. We do not use Messenger conversation content for advertising or share it with third parties for their own marketing. You can request deletion of your Messenger conversation history at any time by contacting [email protected].

Who we share information with

Payment processors to charge your card.
Shipping carriers to deliver your orders.
Meta Platforms for ad measurement (the Meta Pixel and Conversions API; hashed identifiers only) and to operate the Messenger conversation flow described above.
Google for analytics (Google Analytics).
Klaviyo for email and SMS marketing (only if you have subscribed).
Service providers who help us operate our business under written confidentiality terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention

Order records are retained for as long as required by tax and accounting law (typically seven years). Customer service conversations are retained for up to three years after the last activity. Marketing list membership is retained until you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may request a copy of the information we hold about you, request a correction, or request deletion by emailing [email protected]. We respond within 30 days. Residents of California, Virginia, and other states with consumer privacy statutes have specific rights under those laws which we honor on request.

Cookies

We use cookies for essential site functions (shopping cart, login session), analytics (Google Analytics), and advertising measurement (Meta Pixel). You can disable cookies in your browser settings; some site features may not work correctly without them.

Children
